The hosts were amazingly welcoming and provided valuable recommendations for restaurants and activities. The view from the upstairs rooms was jaw-dropping, and we loved the option to have the whole floor to ourselves. The accommodations were beautifully furnished, peaceful, and had all the amenities we needed, including a stocked kitchenette. I chose this hotel for attending a summit as it offers quality accommodation for both holiday and business purposes. The hosts, Steve and Pam, were extremely helpful and welcoming, going out of their way to make my stay memorable. The view from my room was outstanding, and the location was convenient for exploring Cape Town.
The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated work area or business center within the hotel.

The breakfast selection was plentiful and the personal recommendations for exploring the area were a huge help. The location is ideal, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the city center. The cottage itself is charming, with a lovely pool and a cozy feeling. This guest house boasts an incredible location, with a short walk to the lively restaurants and beach, but its position away from the hectic beachfront provides a peaceful ambiance. Very close to the Camps Bay beach, guests can enjoy breathtaking views from their spotlessly clean and well-stocked rooms. the homemade shortbread biscuits and locally sourced breakfast are additional bonuses.
One thing to note is that the guest house is not suitable for those who wish to be situated amidst a bustling atmosphere, as it provides a quiet and tranquil haven.

We loved the peaceful garden and the relaxing pool. Plus, the owners were incredibly friendly and hospitable, providing us with useful tips on exploring the surrounding area.
The uphill walk from the beach was a bit of a struggle, but it was worth it for the tranquil surroundings and beautiful scenery. the room we stayed in was a bit smaller than expected.

The room at Cape Rose Cottage was just perfect, so comfortable with lots of lovely little touches. The bed was incredibly soft and cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The room was well-appointed with toiletries, amenities, and a delicious breakfast that was replenished daily. The balcony offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains and was the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
While my stay at Cape Rose Cottage was overall fantastic, there was one minor inconvenience. It was a bit challenging to find the hotel initially.
